We offer focused, vigorous Shotokan Karate classes at our Christiansburg dojo. Our schedule is designed to allow for consistent practice, which is essential for the mastery of principles and long-term progress.

Youth Karate: Ages 10 and Up

Our youth program focuses on the foundations of Traditional Shotokan Karate. Students develop physical coordination, discipline, and confidence through structured drills and kata. We emphasize a "slow promotion" philosophy, ensuring every student earns their rank through genuine mastery of the art.

Adult Shotokan: Technical Mastery & Self-Defense

The adult class is designed for those seeking serious, vigorous training. We focus on fine-tuning technique and applying traditional principles to modern self-defense. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced martial artist, our classes provide a challenging environment centered on health, safety, and longevity.
