ABOUT NRV TRADITIONAL KARATE
The best self-defense is the one you don't have to use. However, if the fight chooses you, you'll want the skills to defend yourself and your loved ones. With us you'll learn a mix of traditional Shotokan karate and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu giving you a well rounded arsenal of techniques to help keep you safe and secure. We promote students slowly and our focus is on mastery of principles, health, & longevity.
Mr. Robert Hall has been training since 1984. He is a Quality Engineering Manager at Moog in Blacksburg VA. Mrs. Carolyn Hall has been training since 1996 and is an elementary school teacher.
Our facility is a climate controlled dojo with 1,000 sq feet of mat space on a sprung floor, waiting area, restroom, & cubbies. Parking is plentiful.
We work hard to encourage a positive culture where students feel like they are training with friends. We hope you find your karate home here!
