Try out a free class and complete a waiver, pay a month at a time and that's it!

INTERMEDIATE (SAMURAI) CLASS
This course has been highly regarded by countless students throughout the years, and has provided the perfect foundation to enter the next level of learning. Monday & Thursdays 6:30-7:30pm.
16 AND UP
Through this course, students have the opportunity to push their skills, techniques, and confidence to a new level in a fun, dynamic way.
Mondays & Thursdays 7:30-8: 30 pm.
BEGINNER (WARRIORS) CLASS
Your child will learn all the basics such as strikes, kicks, blocks, ground defense, escapes from wrist grabs, bear hugs and kata(forms.) We provide serious training but in a fun and playful way. Mondays & Thursdays 5:45-6:30.
BOOT CAMP CLASS
This class will motivate you and get you in shape! Monday, Wednesday, & Friday 5:30 am-6:30 am.

PERSONAL TRAINING CLASSES
We are happy to serve you when it works with your schedule. If you are new to karate we will walk you through our Beginners Course. If you have trained before we can fine-tune your technique. As a parent, we'd be happy to prepare your child for tournament.

All children and their parents must sign this before the start of classes.
Respect all adults and peers.
Be honest and committed to integrity.
Respect the rights and property of others and of the dojo.
No touching equipment unless authorized.
Use appropriate language.
Speak respectfully to and about others.
Accept responsibility for your own actions.
Refrain from harassment of any kind.
Refrain from any deliberate disruption.
Participate fully in class.
Demonstrate good sportsmanship.
Wear a full uniform for every class.
Understand that aggressive behavior such as pushing, slapping, touching inappropriately will not be tolerated.
Remove chewing gum BEFORE class.
Remove shoes and socks before class and place in shoe storage or neatly against the wall.
First offense- Reps of push-ups & squats
Second offense- No signature in journal
Third offense- sit with parent in the waiting room
